Lower Carb Breakfast Tacos

​No better way to start out the day than with a breakfast of champions! Today I’m served up some breakfast tacos using Siete Foods tortillas! These are my favorite lately because they use almond and cassava flour rather than the usual wheat tortillas so they are great for my "lowish carb" lifestyle! If you’re also trying to eat a lower carb diet, these are the perfect tortilla alternative to try out! 

Breakfast Tacos:

1. Scramble 2 eggs in a large nonstick pan on medium heat. While eggs are cooking, on the other side of the pan, sauté either spinach or kale with a dash of garlic powder. 

2. Once eggs and veggies are fully cooked, remove them from the pan and add the tortillas to warm up (this helps them not break apart).

3. Assemble tacos with scrambled eggs, veggies, avocado, and any other toppings you like!
